HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations (the package will ship via UPS and be delivered by your local USPS). Your order should arrive approximately 5-7 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, as noted at checkout. VIVE SANA does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Your order should arrive approximately 5-7 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times. All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

DOES VIVE SANA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

VIVE SANA does not generally ship internationally at this time.  If you’re outside the US and have questions or would like to express interest, please contact us at info@vivesana.com. We will let you know if and when we change the policy.  

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

VIVE SANA will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our returns / exchanges page for complete information. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.vivesana.com. If you purchased a VIVE SANA item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

IS SHOPPING ON VIVESANA.COM SECURE?

The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificated to keep order details secure (you’ll see that the shopping cart switches from http to https to show you it’s secure). WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email so that we can look into it. You can write us at help@vivesana.com – we’re always looking to expand our offering. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.

HOW MUCH IS THE SALES TAX?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to New York. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your VIVE SANA.com account and select “Order History” in the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@vivesana.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders submitted on vivesana.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at info@vivesana.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. Sorry for any inconvenience.
