SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Standard Shipping on all orders within the US is FREE!
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout.
Shipping Service & Time
Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations (the package will ship via UPS and be delivered by your local USPS). Your order should arrive approximately 5-7 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, as noted at checkout. VIVE SANA does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.
All orders, placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.
VIVE SANA does not ship internationally at this time. If you’re outside the US and have questions or would like to express interest, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will let you know if and when we change the policy.
VIVE SANA will gladly accept returns on unopened orders placed within 30 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.vivesana.com. If you purchased a VIVE SANA item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns.
To Complete Your Return:
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know you wish to return your order. Pack the items in a shipping box (it’s best to use the box in which you received your order).
Include a copy of your order invoice/packing slip with your return. If you don’t have one, please include the following with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- VIVE SANA order confirmation number
- A note about why you’re returning the item(s)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, if the return conditions are met, are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for further instructions.
